Great strong dry matte product

If you're looking for a strong dry matte texturizing product, you probably can't do much better than this. Great ingredients and scent as described, which isn't too strong if you were worried about that. A lot of products tend to darken my hair, making it look slightly greasy or unwashed, but this doesn't do that at all. Also it's dry, but it's not drying, if that makes sense. It won't make your hair or scalp any drier than they already are, it's just not the most conditioning product out there like some products that are basically Vaseline. Its still got a good lot of conditioning ingredients, like oils, shea butter, and waxes, that will leave your hair and scalp feeling good. Its just got a good bit of clay in it too. I don't use anything else in my hair besides a Stirling shampoo bar, and I've never felt like I need to do anything different or more. If you have relatively longer hair you may find it helps to apply in damp hair as the instructions say or with a prestyling product of some kind, typical of stronger products. I do find this excels in shorter textured messy styles, which I think a lot of these products kind of end up failing to do, probably in favor of being more suitable and agreeable with what I guess must be the more popular longer and neater styles, which this can pull off too just maybe not to some peoples expectations. I've just found a lot of dry and matte products end up being not so dry or matte... this one actually delivers though.
