Pleasantly surprised

I have been avoiding Dovo razors due to mixed reviews but I thought that I would give this one a try. Surprise! The photo doesn't do it justice. The woodgrain and color is beautiful. The polished brass wedge between the scales and the polished brass pins add an eye catching accent to the overall look of the piece. The blade with gold inlay is a piece of art work itself. As far as the performance, shave ready out of the box and not a tug or chatter during the shave. No cuts, razor burn or weepers. An exceptional, superior performing razor that is easy and comfortable to handle. Very impressed, very pleased with this purchase. And a beautiful metal case included!
