Dirty Ginger – Dirty Ginger is a contradiction of naughty & nice. It starts out with a peppery citrus (Pink Pepper & Calabrian Bergamot), quickly followed by a spectacular ginger note. It almost has a ginger ale vibe to it. I have added a beautiful white ginger accord to help this pop a bit more. The rum is there, but strictly as an accent…I wouldn’t call this boozy at all. In addition, added tobacco absolute for a different dimension and a bit more complexity.
