Castle Forbes | Lime Essential Oil Shaving Cream

My wonderful gf got me a TOTC gift card for Christmas and I had been eyeing this one for a while. Being of Scottish heritage, I'm always a little extra excited to try Scottish products, and castle Forbes rep precedes me even being aware of wet shaving. Let me tell you straight up, I've had 3 shaves with this cream so far and it is incredible. My favourite cream/soap to date! The lime scent is so on point it's like a key lime pie covered in the freshest juiciest limes. First shave I was a little too conservative and had to add a little extra cream for pass 3, subsequent shaves I just start with a little more cream and I'm good for 3 passes with a touch up. Lather is the smoothest I've experienced and the post shave feel almost makes me want to skip aftershave. One thing I will note, everyone always emphasizes that a little goes a long way, but not TOO little. I've heard people recommend different sizes "almond size, pea size etc" for how much cream. Personally ive found one finger scoop does it, I use about a third of the amount that I typically would with prorasso cream.
