My boyfriend tossed this into his order of shaving soaps and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I like the scent.
I found the fragrance notes pretty spot-on. Once it's absorbed, on my skin I get more of the sandalwood and jasmine, but it's not oriental spicey or incense smelling. Easy-wearing, grown-up, vanilla-based scent. Not overpowering. Would love this in an EDT.
The body butter itself I would almost describe as more of a whipped oil emulsion. Really moisturizing but greasy if over-applied. A good winter moisturizer.

Bought for Wife, for my sake and yours this is her abridged review.

Wife: Used to the Body Shop body butter, the consistency is lighter, but not oily. Scent is light but pleasant. In short it works well. Would recommend.

Buyer here again: I will be posting this for Witchy Woman Body Butter as well, as the wife had the same opinion. From my point of view I initially thought that the scent was very light, almost non detectable. I can smell it more as time goes on. I would still classify it as a light scent.

I did pickup the Weekend in Malibu BB for myself. It has a more noticeable scent to me. I will be doing a review after after I have a chance to use it in freezing weather and the effects it has on my skin. So far I do like it.
