If you require a refund we are more than willing to offer a full refund for unused products that are in their original packaging. Any item that are hygiene sensitive or are sold in sealed containers the seal must still be intact. If the packaging is destroyed we will not be able to accept the product(s) for return. The item will be restocked and needs to be in a purchasable condition.
Any refunds will be for the cost of the item(s) plus any applicable taxes. Unfortunately shipping charges and taxes on the shipping charges are not refundable.
If you do require to return an item the buyer will be responsible for returning any items and we encourage the use of a shipping service that includes a tracking number and provides insurance. Any damage from shipping is not the responsibility of TopOfTheChain.ca The buyer is responsible for returning the item(s). We encourage our clients to send the return through a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking number.
To return a product that you purchased from Topofthechain.ca, please contact us for a return merchandise request and include:
1. Your full name
2. A valid email address
3. Your shipping address and telephone number
4. Your order number
5. A description of the item(s) returned
RETURN / REFUNDS
Refunds will be made by your method of payment for the price of the product and any applicable taxes minus the shipping and any applicable taxes on the shipping; if we receive your product return request within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
Processing the return can require up to ten (10) business days to process. Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays (for Ontario, Canada). Please note that your financial institution could take up to seven (7) business days to reflect this transaction.
