Lockhart’s | Paradox X Sex Machine Pomade

Paradox X Sex Machine Edition: We’ve teamed up with our favorite soap makers over at Cellar Door to craft our favorite soap fragrance into our favorite hair product! Paradox X Sex Machine Pomade is a firm holding water based pomade that has all day hold, high shine, and the sexiest fragrance of all time: “Sex Machine.” Paradox is a new take on the traditional water based pomade. It’s not orthodox, nor is it “unorthodox” it’s a paradox. Through several experiments over the past couple of years we have fine tuned the formula with a blend of natural ingredients and co-polymers to create a firm hold that remains flexible and doesn’t give you the crunch, or helmet head, that’s typically associated with “orthodox” water based pomades. The natural ingredients provide the hair with the nutrients needed to keep your hair strong and hydrated, instead of dry and brittle like other products currently available. Long story short, you’re going to get all the benefits of a traditional pomade with the convenience of a modern water based pomade.

Water Based: Fully water soluble for hassle free performance.
Shea Butter: Provides nutrients and shine to the hair.
Avocado Oil: High fat content for extra moisturizing ability and high shine.
Rosemary leaf extract: Stimulates hair follicles to keep blood flow strong.
Natural beeswax: Provides hold and locks in moisture.

PRO TIP

Apply Lockhart’s Water Based Paradox Pomade to slightly damp hair.  Use small amounts of product at a time until the desired hold is achieved.

• NOTICE: The unique consistency of this product may allow the product to move around inside the jar, be careful when opening the lid to prevent any spillage. Always cap the jar tightly to prevent any product from drying out.

When creating NEVERMORE Matte Paste Mike Smith (@modernmantv) wanted to push me outside of my comfort zone, to really push the boundaries of what my actual capabilities were. We wanted to create a product so unique that it would defy all expectations. A product with such a light and creamy consistency that provides a completely matte finish while providing significantly more hold than what we would have ever thought possible.

PRO TIP:
Work small amounts of product into the hair at a time. The more product you add the stronger it will become (to the point that it will become too strong). Apply two dime sized scoops to hair from back to front, ensuring even coverage. Blow dry product into hair, allowing it to set up before adding more product. If more hold is desired, apply another dime sized scoop and repeat.
