From Declaration Grooming:

This scent is seasonal and will be discontinued in early September.

One of the most monumental icons in the history of fragrance is Farina’s Eau de Cologne, which spawned many to pay homage, from 4711 to Chatillon Lux. 88 Chestnut Street is the original address of Clamorgans, where they were one of the first in America to import Farina’s Eau de Cologne while gaining popularity with the most well-to-do gentlemen in Saint Louis, spawning an eventual move to an expanded gentlemen’s grooming emporium located at Fourth and Pine. This scent is a bright and uplifting eau de cologne in Farina’s tradition but with a modern twist.

It features notes of neroli, lemon, bergamot, lavender, orange, petitgrain, grapefruit, and yuzu.

Stearic Acid, Water, Castor Oil, Avocado Oil, Vegetable Glycerin, Mango Seed Butter, Potassium Hydroxide, Sodium Hydroxide, Fragrance, Bison Tallow, Lamb Tallow, Colloidal Oatmeal, Goat’s Milk, Lanolin, Bentonite Clay, Tocopheryl Acetate, Hippophae Rhamnoides (Sea Buckthorn) Fruit Extract, Salix Alba L. This is a great summer citrus accord! Normally the Declaration base is fairly heady due to the bison tallow, but with this scent you barely notice it. The soap is probably tied with Barrister and Mann’s reserve base for best soap out there. If you haven’t tried a Declaration soap yet you’re missing out.

Probably my favorite scent from DG. The citrus is a nice pick me up and left me feeling refreshed. If you enjoy the soap I recommend picking up the cologne, a great Sunday afternoon scent starting with the same citrus of the soap and drying down to what I smell as a fresh laundry accord. Suits my mood when i’m running around preparing for the upcoming week.
The soap performance is awesome. DG now has the Icarus base out, but that in no way means this base is obsolete. It produces a slick protective lather and is still one of my favorites.

Fourth and Pine is an outstanding citrus scent from Chatillon Lux. While sharper and stronger than most citrus scents it is a very pleasant scent that is great for the summer heat. Put this into Declaration’s amazing bison base and you have a winner.
