Many people say these Japanese made blades are among the sharpest initial edge of any double edge razor blade, and I can’t argue with that. I knocked them down a star due to them being slightly more expensive than other comparable blades, and that I find they don’t hold an edge as long as others. Don’t let that put you off though, they are fantastic blades.

Too sharp for my taste since they end up not being as smooth and I prefer a more comfortable shave. But if you’re looking for an aggressive blade this is definitely it.

Maybe the sharpest blade I’ve ever used. On the other hand I have to be a bit more careful using the feather-blade (for me it works best using a smooth safety razor with a closed comb). One star down, just because of the price. It’s way more expensive than other blades, but as written in the review of “Leyton R”, I agree that the feather doesn’t last longer than other (and cheaper) blades.
