Le parfum et la mousse sont plus forts et plus riches que ceux d'autres marques, et la mousse semble mieux rester dans le blaireau que d'autres savons. Vous remarquerez également que le savon retient la chaleur, ce qui permet un meilleur rasage.
Attendez-vous à environ 12 mois d'utilisation quotidienne avec ce savon de rasage. Il a été séché à l'air pendant de nombreuses semaines, de sorte qu'il est très dur et exempt d'humidité lorsqu'il vous parvient.

I could've sworn I wrote a review for this. Maybe it was attached to my Shop account which I've since deleted. In any case, I'm going to give you an honest review.
I bought this soap thinking I would love it. It's a name I kept seeing on forums; everyone was raving about how good it is. I was so excited to receive it in the mail and... Meh. It's not a bad soap, by any means, but it's not great either. Average cushion, average slickness. It smells nice, sure, but I didn't buy it for the scent.
"Well what about value?" If the claims made about it's longevity were true, I would give it a break. Unfortunately, anyone who tells you something like, "I've used it for 2 years exclusively and have barely made a dent." are lying. Straight up. I bought mine around 2 months ago and I'm almost halfway through. I'm not wasteful, I'm not using more than I need, and yet I will run out in June. The only way this soap will last is if you're a collector and neglect it like most soaps and creams in your possession.
To sum it up: it's an average soap, that's longevity is greatly overexaggerated, that smells nice, but is not worth the price. A 1kg block of Cella is a better deal if you're looking to buy in bulk.
Just a fantastic lather and a pure pleasure to use. The French know how to make soaps :-)
I’ve been DE wet shaving for well over 40 years now. Yep, I guess that makes me one of the old guys. Look, too many people get wrapped up in this soap’s price. It’s not the price you should be looking at; it’s the value. This hard milled soap will last well over a year of every day shaves. No other product comes even close. Excellent, smile inducing scent, great slickness and a (capital I) incredible post shave. In my opinion, there is no need for expensive shave oils, pre soaps or other slickness moderators. Why meddle in a product that’s already perfect? This family has perfected the making of soaps in the traditional manner. Like a fine wine, great ingredients and great craftsmanship make a great product.
This is my second MdC purchase. The soap is fantastic. The scent of the Original formula is my favorite scent of any shave soap I've tried so far. Mdc is a premium product that will last over a year of daily use.
