I like saying 'Felce Biancospino' more than I like saying 'fern hawthorne,' which apparently is what it means. It doesn't matter, especially when you're using it, because your brain is wholly engaged in enjoying a superb fougere. Great lathering properties, like the other Extros I've tried.

This is probably my favourite among the several Extro Cosmesi shave soaps I ordered recently. I mean in terms of the fragrance, since they're all excellent lather makers. I'm not sure what I can say about it other than the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Look at the ingredients, and you'll have an idea.

I knew from the scent ingredients list that I would like it, and I wasn't wrong. Overall I'd say it's a testament to Donato Ciniello's skill and three decades of experience. Evidently this kind of shave soap is a croap, which means it's softer, and it's an effortlessly luxuriant lather. I also wet shave my head, and recently I had the stuff all over my face and scalp, and before I could scrape it off I had to go and do something, so it was on my skin for several minutes. After I'd rinsed off the residue, and dried the skin -- most soaps leave my freshly shaved scalp feeling too dry and taut, and I have to apply moisturizer -- I realized that the Extro Cosmesi had indeed had a noticeably therapeutic, I suppose moisturizing, and maybe nourishing in other ways, effect. They make after shaves and edts as well, and this is one I might be tempted to order in one or both of those forms. (Another is Fra Rinik.0

The lemon, grapefruit, and pineapple give this vetiver a tangy quality. The other ingredients are well enough blended that in combination with the vetiver itself they present your nose with a new experience and one that feels right to start the day with when you shave. Superb lathering quality from all the Extros.

My boyfriend tossed this into his order of shaving soaps and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I like the scent.
I found the fragrance notes pretty spot-on. Once it's absorbed, on my skin I get more of the sandalwood and jasmine, but it's not oriental spicey or incense smelling. Easy-wearing, grown-up, vanilla-based scent. Not overpowering. Would love this in an EDT.
The body butter itself I would almost describe as more of a whipped oil emulsion. Really moisturizing but greasy if over-applied. A good winter moisturizer.

Great value brush, I find it to be quite soft, and it builds up a lather easily.

I've never encountered a better razor than the Henson. You cannot go wrong with this one.

Really just writing to compliment Top of the chain for their great service. I’ve bought consistently and been nothing but a pleasure.

Simply love it. It's quite a looker. It's not too bulky and has this techy appearance. I learned later that it's a special edition. Top of the Chain was really good and the price was convenient.

Excellent shaving brush I’m very happy with my purchase.

The scent reminds me of Play-Doh. I would purchase again. Barrister is my favorite soap. I'm done looking for the next new thing when I have such great performance right in front of me at a reasonable price point.

I like it better than my cubby2, more backbone, the cubby is the bomb so that is saying something. As always, your opinion may differ.
